Follow these steps to migrate your customer payment data securely:
- Contact Your Existing Payment Gateway
- Request that they initiate the migration of your payment sources to Flywire.
- Share the Required Files
- Attached are the payment source format template and encryption file.

Provide these files to your current payment gateway to ensure a smooth migration.
3. Securely Send Encrypted Payment Data to Flywire
- Your payment gateway should submit the encrypted data via the following link: Flywire Secure Upload Portal
- Secure ID Format: {tenant_id}_{company name}. Note: This tenant ID is referenced in the email notification support sent to you.
